SciTE

SciTE is an extendable development environment for editing and processing source code and markup language files. Extremely customizable, SciTE can be tailored to particular projects and work flows. Your preferred tools can be easily integrated into SciTE. The environment can be extended using the Lua scripting language. Asian language files in multi-byte encodings like Shift JIS are handled natively with no conversions which avoids possible corruption. For documentation and display, files may be exported with highlighting to various formats including LaTeX and PDF.
